Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong end-to-end hiring experience. This is a fully remote role open to candidates from any location. Prior recruitment experience is required, and agency experience is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and placing candidates. You will source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, online communities, referral networks, and other creative channels. You are expected to build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.
  • You will coordinate closely with clients to understand job requirements, share candidate profiles, arrange interviews, and provide hiring recommendations. Maintaining strong and professional communication with clients is essential.
  • You will conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. You will prepare candidates for client interviews, manage expectations throughout the process, and ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • You will also be responsible for writing job descriptions, preparing candidate summaries, updating recruitment trackers or CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one to three years of recruitment experience. Recruitment firm or agency experience is highly preferred. You must have strong sourcing skills, solid communication and negotiation abilities, and experience working independently in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Preferred Qualities

We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple job openings at once. Strong problem-solving skills, strong people skills, and a high sense of ownership are important traits. A positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
