Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and HR Operations
Expertise in Employee Relations, building effective communication and addressing employee concerns
Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
Familiarity with general Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of labor laws is preferred
