Key Responsibilities:


1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
2. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
3. Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities and induction programs.
4. Maintain and update employee records in both physical files and HRMS systems.
5. Handle employee documentation including ID cards, contracts, and policy acknowledgments.
6. Assist in generating HR-related reports, attendance sheets, and payroll inputs.
7. Monitor employee attendance and leave records through HRMS or manual systems.
8. Process leave applications and resolve related queries.
9. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions.
10. Support internal communications and respond to staff queries regarding HR policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
0 - 1 year of experience in HR
