Al-Mustafa Hospital is Hiring - HR Officer

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Maintain and update employee records on radiant software.
Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations.
Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
