Grant Manpower Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess solid HR knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment. Experience in the BPO industry will be an added advantage.

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Mon–Fri, 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬:1PM – 10 PM,𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: 2 PM -10PM
𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time | Onsite
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: PKR 90,000 – 130,000
Experienced candidates: Competitive salary (open depending on experience).

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
. Handle end-to-end HR operations
. Conduct recruitment for various roles (BPO experience preferred)
. Support onboarding/offboarding processes
. Assist in employee relations and engagement activities
. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance.
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
. At least 3+ years of professional HR experience
. RPO hiring or BPO industry exposure is a big plus
. Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
