The ideal candidate will be an HR professional with a strong blend of strategic vision and practical experience in areas such as:

L&D (Learning & Development)
Performance Management
Stakeholder Management
HRIS/LMS execution and data analysis
They must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business and have relevant experience in strategic HR or L&D. This individual must be proactive, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities to translate data into impactful HR interventions.
