Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling interviews, screening candidates, coordinating communication, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for applicants before their interviews.

  • Candidate Screening
  • Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates as per the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess basic qualifications and communication skills.
  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Send interview confirmations, reminders, and instructions prior to the interview.
  • Ensure candidates receive all required information (location, timing, documents, format, etc.).

  • Reach out to applicants promptly through phone, email, or WhatsApp for updates.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with shortlisted and rejected candidates.
  • Share follow-up details and next steps clearly and professionally.
  • Recruitment Support
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets.
  • Assist HR in preparing job postings, screening tools, and interview evaluation forms.
  • Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs and updates.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Handle recruitment-related documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of candidate pipelines.

Requirements                       CLICK TO APPLY

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).

  • Prior experience in scheduling or candidate management.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools or ATS systems.
  • Professional attitude with a positive and people-focused approach.
  • Location: Remote
  • Timings: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Days: Monday – Friday
