2. *HR Operations Executive*

🔹 *Requirements (for both positions):*
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the export / textile / manufacturing industry
*Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR preferred)*
Strong command over HR operations, recruitment cycles, documentation, and compliance
Excellent communication and coordination skills
